You can easily list your home, apartment, or plot on Ashiana.pk in just a few steps.
1. Log In to Your Account
Click “Add Property” from your dashboard.
2. Fill in Property Details
Provide:
- Property title and type
- Location (city, area, map)
- Size and price
- Key features (bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities)
- Upload 8–10 high-resolution images
3. Add a Detailed Description
Include:
- Condition of the property
- Nearby landmarks or schools
- Reason for selling or unique features
4. Submit for Review
After submission, the Ashiana.pk team reviews your listing for accuracy and approval.
Tip: Properties with complete details and professional photos receive higher visibility and faster responses.
