I booked a shop at the launch of a project Sania Height and paid the required installments. 2 years Later, the builder suddenly stopped accepting further installment payments and informed me that all booked shops had been cancelled and offered me to refund only the amount I had already paid. While the price of the shop had increased. I then approached CBM and Wafaqi Mohtasib for assistance. CBM reported that this is private builder you can pursue the case through the appropriate court.
