Review Policy
Ashiana.pk may allow users to post reviews (“Reviews”). All Reviews are considered Your Content.
By submitting a Review, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:
- No Conflict of Interest
You are not:
- A director, employee, officer, or principal (“Interested Party”) of the business being reviewed.
- An Interested Party of a competitor of that business or individual; or
- Related to the business or individual (by blood, marriage, or adoption).
- First-hand Experience
Your Review is based solely on your personal experience as a client or direct user of the products or services or individual whose services, are the subject of the Review and not correspondence or interactions as a potential client.
- Accuracy and Honesty
Your Review is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- Compliance with Policies
Your Review complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and does not contain any libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, invasive, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content, as determined at our sole discretion.
- Disclosure of Incentives
If you received any form of compensation, discount, or incentive to write a Review, you must clearly disclose this within the Review text, regardless of the amount or value.
- No Coercion or Extortion
You must not use your Review (or threat of posting/removing it) to seek payments or favors from any business or individual. Genuine refund requests based on poor experiences are acceptable.
- Authenticity of Reviewer
You are not the professional being reviewed, nor are you posting on their behalf using another account.
- Project-Specific Content
Your Review must specifically relate to a verified project or service completed by the professional or company listed in their Ashiana profile and must not reference other businesses or rebranded entities.
- Original Content
Your Review must not include or refer to other users’ comments, reviews, or feedback.
- No Promotions or External Links
Your Review must not include promotional content, advertisements, or external links to other businesses or websites.
- One Review per Household or Company
Only one Review per project may be submitted by a single household or company.
